I had tomo credit card, was ok until they closed it on me and switched me to a “credit reporting” plan, reports good credit when you pay bills etc. They have no phone number and it took months for them to cancel a recurring subscription, was charged for months while waiting for a resolution.

So I got a tomo credit card a few months ago. I had no issues it was fine then a week or two ago they started emailing me saying I owed $189. I kept trying to call and every time I called it would just go right to a voicemail saying they no longer take calls. I emailed them and sent them screenshots of my zero dollar balance just proved I don’t owe anything.
My credit sucks right now, but boost seems to be helping me rebuild again. I saw online advertising of Tomo Credit Card. But they keep advertising it.I tried to request a refund, but only receive automated email reply. Nope ever contacted me back after 3 months now.I locked my card ibm online courses blockchain so they can’t charge me for credit score boasting subscription, and now I’m being spammed with SMS about my upcoming service termination. 2 months ago I’ve got SMS with “final notice” but they keep coming til this day.F THIS COMPANY I hope they go broke.

Scam company they take your money and don’t report anything and false report saying it reports to all 3 bureaus when it doesn’t it’s sad america even lets these kind of company’s exist. They only report to Transunion and half of the time it shows messed up no limit is shown at all. I opened an account and needed to cancel it after I saw they don’t have any company information online. I have email several times to try to close my account and no one does it.
They are still trying to debit my account. I emailed 8 times to cancel my subscription.
